Connect to G-D through prayer
Each Friday night as the sun sets we pray Mincha & Kabbalat Shabbat with lively song & prayer followed by Kiddush and a meal.
10:00 am: Meaningful and easy-to-follow Service
11:30 am: Discussion on the Torah portion of the week
12:00 pm: Kiddush Lunch
Join us for Shabbat Morning Services. The traditional service is designed to guide you step-by-step and will make you feel comfortable regardless of previous exposure and background.
Services are open to all and are user-friendly with Hebrew/English prayers spiced with explanation and song. We have the honor of taking the Torah out of the ark and reading from it as has been done for thousands of years. As an introduction to the Torah reading, the Rabbi shares meaningful thoughts and spiritual insights about the Torah reading of the week.
This, coupled with modern Jewish melodies and an easy to read prayer book translation will make Shabbat prayer services an enjoyable and meaningful experience for you.
Delicious Kiddush lunch follows Shabbat services every week. The mealtime spent together is a great opportunity to schmooze with old friends and make new ones. If you'd like to sponsor a Kiddush lunch, Siddur prayer book or Chumash Torah book in honor or in memory of a family member or friend, please contact us here.
